The Su Motti Archaeological and Botanical Park in Orroli (Sarcidano) is an open-air museum: around 15 domus de janas carved into basalt boulders beneath ancient oak forests, inhabited since 3800 BC. Wrapped in legends — including the malevolent giant Impolla stopped by the Madonna’s footprint on a rock. Free access year-round.
